puddlesofunI went to the doctor today, re: the thing I posted about previous. Thank you all for your concern on that, btw. And mad props to Andrew, who is the bestest housemate ever.
I'm generally not that keen on going to the doctors. It's not that I find it particularly unpleasant, it's just that I always feel like I'm being a hypochondriac. I mean, when I think of all the times I've been to a GP, I have actually needed one precisely once, when I had tonsilitis (I'm not counting needing med certificates). Bah.
This time was at least interesting. I had electrodes attached to me! With conductive gel! And suction cups! My torso looked amusingly like it had been attacked by an octopus.
End result: My health is entirely normal. Which is boring from a narrative standpoint, but otherwise the best possible outcome. Cool.
Seeing as I'm doing these today, here's a pic:
