My dream last night had a concert in it and Jeff Lang played the opening to "Bateman's Bay" in a much skillful and more ornate way than he has actually ever played it. Which is no mean feat, he being really quite a good guitarist. Nice work, my subconscious. Then he got up and left without playing the song proper, possibly because my subconscious couldn't figure out how to make his voice sound good. :/
Anyway, I have a sci-fi essay to do. I am not sure how limited I am in texts I can do (I just sent an email to find out), but I would like to see Splice either way, and as it has just come out but is only playing once a day in one cinema, I'm guessing I should get in pretty quick. So if anyone wants to go see a creature feature at 10.15 in the morning tomorrow in the city, please come along.

In other news, I am home sick today, but I actually feel okay already. I felt terrible yesterday, but I'm not sure how much of that was a cold and how much of that was, umm, sadness? Either way, a day to myself is healing.
