So, the arts faculty can't process the forms and signatures it took me all that time to collect right now, due to being massively short-staffed, so I can't enrol in the subjects I actually want to do until I take yet more forms and get them signed by the head of each department that has a unit I want to study. Then I take those to the arts faculty, who will then change my enrolment. I'm not sure why they can't do that now, given there is a bunch of individually signed forms sitting in their office from each of the said departments saying they recognise my previous studies, but apparently they can't.

I am beginning to get slightly annoyed.
