Books 2007, part II

I'm not sure what originally possessed me to record all the books I read in 2007 - perhaps the same fear of mortality that prompts most personal history-making - but the list is right here, so I figure I should post the rest of it, and give short reviews as before, thus transforming the whole process into one of warm fuzzy sharing, rather than a morbidly motivated compulsion.
