Laziness, consumerism, rock.

Odd that it seems strange to make a decision, then have to go out and enact it. In this brave new world of network microchipped hair-paste and rocket powered cheese wizz on demand, we expect instant results. A quick bus trip and a walk can take on all the solitude, strangeness and boredom of a major journey.

On a pilgrimage you sacrifice some things, and perhaps gain others as a result. If I have a receipt for what I gained, does it still count?

To rock you need a guitar. I have a guitar. Therefore I am ready.

Folly.

This day was the first of October, which as we all know is Write-and Record-an-Album-Month, or WriReAlMo (yeah, I'm sure that will catch on). I did a song in the afternoon, which was a good start, or a bad one, depending on whether you see the quality of said song as any sort of factor. It was a song about a guitar.
Various people have volunteered talent, which is awesome, and I am determined to make work somehow.

Less forthcoming have been challenges, inspiration and dares on the following:
0) Genres
0) Subjects for songs.

Come on, make a suggestion!
